Terms of Agreement

These terms govern all manufacturing inquiries, capacity reservations, and export agreements between Parvathi Apparels and our global retail partners.

All manufacturing quotes, lead times, and loom capacity allocations are preliminary until secured by a signed contract. We calibrate production schedules based on seasonal volume commitments to maintain thread-level precision across all lines.

SECTION 01

Capacity & Quotes

Provisional bookings expire after fourteen business days if deposit terms are not finalized.

All shipments are executed under standard international maritime trade laws (Incoterms 2020), primarily FOB Tuticorin or CIF destination ports. Our Pollachi facility provides export-grade calibration and documentation for seamless customs clearance.

SECTION 02

Export & Maritime

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery of the sealed container to the carrier.

Proprietary woven patterns, custom apparel designs, and technical specifications provided by the client remain the exclusive intellectual property of the client. Parvathi Apparels maintains strict confidentiality protocols across all production floors.

Intellectual Property

We guarantee that client-provided designs will not be repurposed or distributed to third-party entities.
